Privacy Policy
This English version is a translation provided for reference. If there is any difference between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
(Operator名を設定) (the “Operator”) handles information about users of “FanFans” (the “Site”) as follows.
1. Information we collect
- Member information: the email address entered at sign-up (stored only for signing in; we do not send marketing emails), your password (stored in an irreversible form; we never store the password itself), the dates you registered and last signed in, and the videos you added to favorites and creators you follow
- Inquiries: the name, email address, target URL and message entered in the contact form
- Usage: which video pages were viewed and which videos led to myfans (counts only, never linked to personally identifiable information)
- Access logs: IP address, browser type, access time and similar data recorded automatically for server operation and security
- Cookies: a cookie remembering that you passed the age check (age_ok) and a cookie keeping members signed in (ff_session, only when signed in). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking
- Data stored on your device: watch history, playback position and the autoplay setting are stored only in your browser and are not sent to the Operator
- Sign-in attempts: to prevent brute-force attacks, a hashed form of your IP address and the time are recorded when sign-in or sign-up fails, and deleted after one day
2. Purposes of use
- To identify members and provide favorites and follows
- To respond to inquiries and removal requests
- To tally popular videos and improve the Site
- To prevent misuse and operate the Site safely
3. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Information sent to external services
The Site uses the following services for display and features, and information such as your IP address and browser details is sent from your browser to these providers.

The Site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. services, and requests pass through their servers.
5. Security
We manage collected information appropriately to prevent leaks and loss, and delete information once its purpose has been fulfilled.
6. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion
Members can delete their information at any time from “Delete account” in My List. For other requests to disclose, correct or delete your personal information, please contact us through the contact form. We will respond after confirming your identity.
7. Revisions
We may revise this policy as necessary. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on the Site.
