Terms of Use

This English version is a translation provided for reference. If there is any difference between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using “FanFans” (the “Site”), operated by (Operator名を設定) (the “Operator”). By using the Site, you (the “User”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Site contains adult content and may only be used by people aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 may not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site introduces works by creators on the fan club service “myfans”. All images and videos shown are materials the creators have permitted us to use. The Site is not an official myfans site and is not affiliated with the company that operates myfans.

Prices, like counts and other information are as of the time the Site retrieved them and may differ from the current information. Please check the details on myfans before purchasing.

3. Moving to external sites

Any transactions or use on sites you reach through links on the Site (such as myfans) are subject to the terms of each service and are your own responsibility. The Operator is not responsible for purchases, contracts or disputes on linked sites.

4. Accounts

Favorites and follows are available to registered members (free). Only people aged 18 or older may register.

• Members are responsible for managing their registered email address and password. If you forget your password, contact us through the contact form from your registered email address
• You may not create multiple accounts, register with someone else’s email address, or impersonate others
• Members may delete their account at any time from “Delete account” in My List. Deleting your account permanently removes your favorites and follows
• The Operator may cancel a membership without notice if these Terms are violated

5. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

• Copy, repost or redistribute images, videos or text from the Site without permission
• Collect large amounts of information from the Site using automated programs, or place an excessive load on the Site
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, or gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Act in violation of laws or public order and morals

6. Removal of listings

If a creator or a rights holder asks us to remove a listing, the Operator will review the request and promptly unpublish the relevant work. Requests are accepted through the contact form.

7. Disclaimer

The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information on the Site. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Operator, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site. The Site may change its content or stop operating without notice. Titles and descriptions on the English pages are machine translations and may contain errors.

8. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location as the court of first instance.
